Save your key once
In any cell:
=HUNCH.SETKEY("hunch_…"), press Enter, delete the cell. Then=HUNCH.ASK(A2, "…").

What is different from Sheets
A dot in the name
Excel puts add-in functions in a namespace, so it is HUNCH.ASK, not HUNCH. Same arguments, same answers.
The key lives in Excel
Saved once per Excel profile with =HUNCH.SETKEY, not in a Settings sheet. The same key works in both.
No template, no menu
Install the add-in, type formulas. For big jobs, paste values when a column is final; Excel recalculates add-in formulas when a workbook opens.
