# Credits, pricing and limits

Hunch charges one credit per answered row: 100 rows are free, then $29 buys 5,000 rows and $19 adds 25,000 more to the same key. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.

## What costs a credit, and what is free

- One answered row of HUNCH, HUNCHPICK or HUNCHSCORE costs one credit, whatever the length of the question or the number of options.
- HUNCHMULTI costs one credit per question per row.
- Blank cells are free. Repeated texts in the same request are answered once and charged once.
- Recalculating, reopening or sharing the sheet within six hours is free, because answers are cached.
- Rows that come back with an error message are never charged.
- `=HUNCHBALANCE()` and Check balance are free.

## Limits

- Each key has a daily limit on rows, which protects you if a key is shared by mistake. Write to us if you need more.
- In Google Sheets, one formula handles up to 1,500 unique texts. Use Extensions › Hunch › Ask about selection for bigger columns.
- One key works in Google Sheets, Excel and the CSV runner, with one balance.

## Questions

### Do credits expire?

No. Buy once and use them next week or next year.

### Can a team share a key?

Yes. Everyone who uses the same key draws from the same balance. Copies of the template keep the key only if you leave it in the Settings sheet.

### Are there refunds?

No. A key is delivered and usable the moment payment clears, so test on your own data with the 100 free rows first.

### Is there a subscription or seat price?

No. You pay for rows, not for seats or months.
